The fine print, in plain English

We keep a small book so every guest gets unhurried attention. These policies protect your appointment — and everyone else's.

Cancellations & no-shows

Life happens — we get it. But a missed appointment is time we can't give another guest. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or don't show, 50% of the booked service is charged to the card on file. Need to move something? Text us as soon as you know: (412) 551-4395.

Running late

You have a 15-minute grace period. After that, we may need to shorten, modify, or reschedule your service so the next guest starts on time.

Card on file

A card is required to book online. Nothing is charged until your visit (or unless a cancellation fee applies). Your card details are stored securely by our booking provider, GlossGenius — we never see them.

Pricing & quotes

Menu ranges reflect hair length, density, and time. You'll always get your exact price at consultation, before we start. Color corrections and extension installs are quoted individually.

Buy now, pay later

Payment plans are available for services from $50–$4,000 (great for extension installs). Approval happens before your appointment — just ask when you book.

Redos

If something isn't sitting right, tell us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no charge. We'd always rather fix it than have you live with it.

Kids & guests

We love your people, but seating is limited — please bring only yourself to color and extension appointments so we can keep the studio calm for everyone.
